El embajador de Perú aseguró que exportar pisco a España es “un buen negocio”, y esta ruta supone una “enorme significación para el Perú”, que busca promover y promocionar “nuestra bebida, bandera, la coctelería y gastronomía peruana en el mercado español y europeo”.
La Ruta del Pisco llegará desde Perú al corazón de Madrid del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre, en un recorrido por 20 restaurantes de la capital, donde se podrá degustar la gastronomía peruana en forma de “tapas” acompañadas de un cóctel elaborado a base de pisco, un aguardiente producto estrella de Perú.
Esta Ruta del Pisco se presentó esta semana en la residencia del embajador de Perú en España, Óscar Maúrtua de Romaña, donde se dieron a conocer algunas de las variedades de tapas cócteles a base de pisco, combinados con frutas, hierbas aromáticas y otros productos.
El embajador de Perú aseguró que exportar pisco a España es “un buen negocio”, y esta ruta supone una “enorme significación para el Perú”, que busca promover y promocionar “nuestra bebida, bandera, la coctelería y gastronomía peruana en el mercado español y europeo”.
“Las ventas del pisco a España han tenido un incremento del 231 % en los primeros cinco meses de este año respecto al año pasado, alcanzando la cifra de US$ 420,000. Se espera que para finales del 2022 las cifras sean muy elocuentes, porque el pisco total exportado a este país superará ampliamente el millón de dólares” afirmó el embajador.
El autor de los platos de degustación fue el chef peruano Jhosef Arias, dueño de cinco restaurantes en Madrid, que busca “una cocina óptima y rentable”, pensando en la “economía y en la integridad de este mundo”.
“Creo que podemos aprovechar más los alimentos y buscar una cocina de aprovechamiento para evitar así los desperdicios y que los restaurantes tengan una mayor efectividad”, declaró Arias a EFE.
Asimismo, el embajador Maúrtua anunció que Perú estará presente en la edición 2022 de la feria ‘Food Attraction’ que se celebrará en Madrid entre el 4 y el 6 de octubre y que constituye uno de los principales foros mundiales del sector hortofrutícola.
